Apple Cinnamon Granola

Our healthy Apple Cinnamon Granola is perfect on its own or in a parfait. Either way it will surely satisfy your fall cravings!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • coconut oil spray
  • 1 cup apple chips in pieces

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Combine oats, cinnamon, pecans, pumpkin seeds, and maple syrup in a large bowl
  • Spread out evenly on the lined baking tray and spray with coconut oil
  • Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through
  • When there are 5 minutes left, add sprinkle with apple chips
  • Remove and let cool
