Ingredients

  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pound sirloin cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  • In a large glass bowl, whisk the balsamic vinegar, barbecue sauce, minced garlic, dijon mustard, dried oregano, kosher salt and black pepper. Place the steak in the bowl and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours.
  • Thread your soaked wood or metal skewers, alternating between steak chunks and tomatoes.
  • Coat your grill or a large skillet with the avocado oil. Heat the grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook each kebab for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until the steak is done.

Notes

You can sub filet mignon or ribeye for sirloin, but the fat content will be higher.
Make sure to cut the steak into uniform pieces so it cooks evenly.
