Ingredients

  • 1 quart water we use distilled
  • 2 tablespoons honey or pure maple syrup optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • water of one coconut see the video below

Instructions

  • Heat 1/2 cup of the water to boiling, remove from heat, add honey and salt, stir until dissolved. Add the remaining water and coconut water to a 1/2 gallon size pitcher, pour in the honey water and stir to combine. Refrigerate until ready to use.
