Place chicken, chicken broth, lime juice, zest, salt, pepper and cumin in the Instant Pot. Seal lid and set on manual high pressure for 25 minutes. Allow pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes, use quick release to finish releasing pressure. Shred with a fork.
