1poundboneless and skinless chicken breastsor thighs, cut into large, bite-sized pieces
1/4cuplite soy saucelow-sodium, (optional tamari)
2tablespoonshoney
2teaspoonsblack pepper(more if desired)
1 1/2tablespoonsolive oil
2teaspoonsginger powder(optional 1 tablespoon peeled and minced ginger root)
Instructions
Whisk together all of the ingredients for the marinade besides the chicken. Place the chicken pieces in a sealable bag or container and pour the marinade over them. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Empty the chicken and all of the marinade into a pan over medium heat and cook it for about 10 to 15 minutes, until the chicken pieces are cooked through, stirring frequently.
