2tablespoonssunflower seedsunsalted
1cuppistachiosraw
1/3cuplemon juicefresh
2teaspoonslemon zest
1/2teaspoonalmond extract
2teaspoonsground turmeric
1cupunsweetened coconutshredded
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except coconut, and place in a food processor. Blend until almost smooth (a few chunks is ok).
Roll the mixture into 1 inch balls, and then roll the balls in the coconut flakes. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes before serving. Store, refrigerated, in an airtight container.
