Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons bananas mashed
  • 2/3 cup oatmilk
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 3 tablespoons walnuts crushed

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 °F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine the mashed banana, oat milk, honey, peanut butter, and ground flaxseed in a large bowl.
  • In another bowl, mix together oats, flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients to form a dough
  • Gently fold in raisins and walnuts.
  • Form into 12 balls and spread evenly on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
