Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine all ingredients, except ketchup, in a mixing bowl. Add mixture to a 5 x 7-inch loaf pan, press to form a loaf. Bake 35 minutes uncovered.
Remove pan and evenly spread ketchup over the top. Bake an additional 10 minutes.
Allow to rest 5 minutes. Either remove the entire loaf and place on a serving platter, or slice first.
