Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Toss broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread in an even layer on a nonstick baking sheet.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes on the middle rack of the oven, stirring halfway through until some edges have slightly browned and broccoli is tender.
