Avocado Wontons

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado large
  • 1/4 cup shredded coleslaw veggie mix
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon cilantro chopped
  • 12 wonton wrappers

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mash together the avocado, coleslaw, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and cilantro. Scoop about 1 tablespoon into each wonton wrapper. Dip your finger in water and run along the edges of the wrapper, then fold over on the diagonal and pinch together.
  • Place wontons on an aluminum lined baking sheet. Bake them 8 to 10 minutes, then flip over and bake another 8 to 10 minutes. Dip in soy sauce or eat them plain!
