Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mash together the avocado, coleslaw, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and cilantro. Scoop about 1 tablespoon into each wonton wrapper. Dip your finger in water and run along the edges of the wrapper, then fold over on the diagonal and pinch together.
Place wontons on an aluminum lined baking sheet. Bake them 8 to 10 minutes, then flip over and bake another 8 to 10 minutes. Dip in soy sauce or eat them plain!
