Perform this workout every morning, Monday through Friday. Each week, randomly change the order of the exercises to keep your body guessing. Also, be sure to increase the weight and fitness level as you get stronger.
Beginner Workout: Perform each exercise for 30 seconds with 15 seconds rest in between each exercise. Complete three rounds, resting for 45 seconds in between each round. For weighted exercises, use 10 to 15 pounds.
Intermediate Workout: Perform each exercise for 45 seconds with 10 seconds rest in between each exercise. Complete four rounds, resting for 30 seconds in between each round. For weighted exercises, use 15 to 20 pounds.
Advanced Workout: Perform each exercise for 45 seconds with no rest in between each exercise. Complete four rounds, resting for 30 seconds in between each round. For weighted exercises, use 20 to 25 pounds.
