Instructions
In a blender, combine Tabasco sauce and salt/pepper, gradually add onions, garlic, and cilantro.
Add lemon juice and oil to make the dressing.
Cook chayote in boiling water until just tender, drain, and toss with half dressing, cool.
Arrange tomatoes, chayote on lettuce leaves, and drizzle with remaining dressing.
