In a large mixing bowl, combine the chickpea flour, kosher salt, and rosemary. Mix well.
Create crater in the center of the flour mixture and add 2 teaspoons of the olive oil and about half the water. Mix well, continue to gradually add water until a dough ball forms. If needed, more than 1 cup of water can be added until dough reaches desired consistency.
Form the dough into a ball and rub with remaining olive oil. Gently cover with a towel and let rest for about 15 minutes.

Notes
For baking pizza follow the instructions below:Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place crust on a nonstick baking pan and bake until lightly brown, about 10 minutes. Be sure to check the bottom of the crust as well. I check my crust after 5 minutes and again at 10. Add 1-2 additional minutes if needed in order to achieve a golden crust.Add sauce and your favorite toppings, return to the oven and bake until cheese is melted and bubbly.
