1teaspoonpure maple syrupor honey, optional
2cloves garlicfinely minced
2teaspoonsanchovy paste
1/4teaspoonscelery seeds
1/4teaspoonskosher or sea salt
1/4teaspoonblack pepperfreshly ground
1tablespoonextra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Add all ingredients, except oil, to a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth. Add olive oil and pulse until combined. Add dressing to a glass jar with lid and refrigerate until ready to use.
