Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips Vegan

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Use a mixer or food processor, combine the avocado and honey. Blend until smooth.
  • Add remaining ingredients, except for chocolate chip, and blend until combined. Stir in the chocolate chips by hand.
  • Drop the batter onto the prepared cookie sheet by the spoonful. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Let set for about 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Note: If you don't have a mixer or food processor feel free to mix the ingredients by hand. Just be sure to stir well.
