Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Use a mixer or food processor, combine the avocado and honey. Blend until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients, except for chocolate chip, and blend until combined. Stir in the chocolate chips by hand.
Drop the batter onto the prepared cookie sheet by the spoonful. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Let set for about 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Note: If you don't have a mixer or food processor feel free to mix the ingredients by hand. Just be sure to stir well.
