Instructions
Over high heat, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the potatoes for about 15 minutes or until they are tender when pierced with a fork, then drain.
Add remaining ingredients to the same pot and toss to combine. Cover with a lid and allow to steam for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
