Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach raw
  • 1 mango large, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup apple juice unsweetened
  • 1 medium banana
  • 3/4 inch tofu block or 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup green tea brewed
  • 1/2 inch ginger fresh, sliced, and peeled, but optional

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.

Notes

Be sure to brew the tea the night before and store in fridge so it's cold and ready to go.
