boneless and skinless chicken breasts
very thin lengthwise slices

soy sauce
lite (low-sodium) or coconut aminos

lime juice
taken from 1 1/2 limes

ginger
grated

ground black pepper
1/2
teaspoon
coconut sugar

sage leaves
fresh
Instructions
In a big bowl, prepare the marinade by mixing the soy sauce, lime juice, ginger, pepper and sugar.
Marinate the chicken for 2 hours. After 2 hours, drain the chicken and discard the marinade.
Insert the chicken in the skewers in a zigzag manner.
Insert the sage at the end of the skewer.
Grill the skewers until golden brown.
