- 1 banana frozen, pre-sliced
- 1 ginger root knuckle about 1/2-inch
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 avocado peeled
- 1 cup red kale organic if possible
- 1 cup baby spinach organic if possible
- 1 cup red grapes frozen, organic if possible
- 1/4 cup coconut meat from fresh coconut
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 1/2 cups green tea chilled, unsweetened
