1poundbrussels sproutscleaned, tough stem end removed, and halved
2garlic clovescut into thin slices
1 1/2tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
1/2teaspoonkosher or sea salt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Add olive oil to large skillet over medium heat. Add brussels sprouts and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook for about 3 to 5 minutes per side, for a total of 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden on the outside and fork-tender.
Add garlic slices and cook for 1 to 2 minutes more, until garlic is golden and fragrant.
