Ingredients

  • 1 pound brussels sprouts, cleaned, tough stem end removed, and halved
  • 2 cloves garlic, cut into thin slices

    Brussel sprouts is one of my favorite vegetable. Try adding a little nutmeg to this recipe and you will have another taste that warms you up to this vegetable!
