Instructions
Add brussels sprouts and cranberries to the slow cooker. Pour over the olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then add the salt and pepper. Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours, or high for 1 to 2 hours.
Toss with toasted pine nuts and serve!
