This calendar contains all the information you need to follow the 21-Day Get Fit Challenge. The challenge is an easy to follow system with 5 days of workouts and 2 rest days per week. Each of the 4 workouts consists of 4 beginner-friendly exercises and a walk or jog. The program gets progressively harder, which will help you tone muscle and build endurance.
