8. Best Easy Italian Pasta Salad

If there’s one thing I’ve learned about Italian food, it’s that you do not have to be Italian to enjoy it. I am 0% Italian, but lately, I can eat like I’m straight from Italy. With that being said, you better believe that I’ve been making at least one of our Italian dishes a week!

If you’re anything like me when it comes to Italian food and/or easy and delicious dinner recipes, you’re sure to love Pinch of Yum’s Best Easy Italian Pasta Salad recipe!

9. One-Pack Shrimp Bake

Remember when I praised sheet pan recipes because of how easy they are to cook AND clean up? Well, one-pack recipes are even easier! When making our One-Pack Shrimp Bake, all you have to do is throw all of the ingredients into some foil and throw them either onto the grill (my favorite way over the summer) or into the oven. This recipe makes for the easiest dinner.

Want to know how I know? Well, I know because my dad, the same man who fed us nothing but peanut butter and jellies as kids, can make these. Yup, they are that easy.

10. Za’atar Chicken and Veggie Kabobs

This recipe by Gimme Some Oven is perfect for summer dinner parties! These tasty morsels are easy, delicious, and can be made on the grill while everyone hangs out outside. However, I sometimes crave the lemony flavors of the za’atar seasoning over the winter, too. If you’re nodding your head in agreement, then you’re in luck. You can cook this easy meal that take less than forty minutes to make in the oven as well!

11. Harissa-Spiced Chickpea Avocado Salad Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

I know that this recipe is for a sandwich, but it’s not just an ordinary sandwich. This sandwich tastes like it came from a fancy-shmancy gourmet restaurant. The best part is, it didn’t! It came right out of my kitchen, thanks to Keepin’ It Kind, and left me stress-free. It also left everyone at the table happy!

12. Easy Sweet Chili Salmon

On our anniversary, my boyfriend surprised me with this salmon and a side of our 3-Ingredient Crispy Garlic Broccoli. It was super easy for him to make (he’s not much of a cook…at all) and I came home to a five-star meal courtesy of The Big Man’s World. It was a win-win for both of us!

13. Crunchy Kale and Brussels Sprouts Salad with Creamy Dijon Dressing

If you’re one of those people who finds salads to be boring and unsatisfying, then you definitely have not tried this SkinnyMs recipe. We’ve ditched the lettuce and have fueled this salad with something much better: kale. Kale is a superfood that’s full of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Among its long list of health benefits is its weight loss-inducing power!

On top of the addition of kale, we’ve basically reinvented Brussels sprouts with this recipe–or it tastes that way, at least! They’re raw and mixed with insanely delicious ingredients like Gala apples and pecans. You won’t be disappointed with this easy dinner recipe!

14. Cheddar Jalapeño Chicken Burgers with Guacamole

You know these burgers are delicious without even tasting them because they’re topped with guacamole! If you ask me, if guacamole is involved, the recipe is a good one. However, these burgers are even good without guacamole! My brother isn’t an avocado fan and, therefore, eats these without the beloved guacamole. Even so, he can’t get enough of these burgers and how amazingly easy they are to make. Thanks for the recipe, What’s Gaby Cooking!
