      1/4 cup cranberry juice no sugar added
      1/2 cup cold water
      2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
      1 teaspoon lemon juice or lime juice

      Mix together and enjoy cold!

  1. Yes. I thot I had initially read that you could do the crab/acv detox drink for 30 days. I no longer see that info in the article so maybe that was from another article. Is this particular detox drink a daily starter?

    1. Hi Deena! That’s totally up to you! Some people drink it every day, and others drink it once a week or once a month. Whatever makes you feel best!

    1. Ida, It’s a personal preference. I would recommend no more than 2 tablespoon ACV per day. So that would be 1 serving or 1 serving split in half.
