Without music, your workouts can seem slow and boring. Having the right gym songs can make all the difference. A song you dislike can slow you down, while an upbeat song you love can pump you up, so you end up working harder and faster with little to no effort.
But, not every song works for everyone. Some people like rap or hip-hop, while others are all about EDM and dance music.
