Hatha Yoga Session

Yoga Class is in Session. You will need water and a yoga mat. Today we’ll be doing Hatha Yoga Flow. This is a day to relax your mind & body, work on flexibility, balance and breathing.

Exercise and health are matters that vary from person to person. Participants of the daily workout should speak with their doctors about their individual needs before starting any exercise program.     I did this and I feel great. I am a beginner and I am on day two. Baby steps, but I will succeed!
