No gym? No problem! With this equipment-free at home upper body workout, you can target your arms, shoulders, chest, and back without weights or fancy equipment. All you have to do is put on your favorite workout clothes, lace up your sneakers, and make sure you have plenty of water on hand.

What You’ll Need: Gym timer (Gymboss is a free to download timer app)
What to Do: Perform each move for 30 seconds with 10 seconds of rest in between. Rest for 1 minute in between rounds.
Beginner: 2 rounds
Intermediate: 4 rounds
Advanced: 6 rounds
