  • 1/8 cup red onion diced small
  • 1 tablespoon mint chopped
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • black pepper freshly ground, to taste


  • Place all ingredients in bowl and mix together.


Salsa can be used as topping for tacos, salads or fish.
