Skinny Pimento Cheese Spread

This southern comfort food is made healthy with this easy recipe!

Next time you are in the grocery store, pick up a container of Pimento Cheese Spread and count the number of ingredients. My count was 36 ingredients, half of which I had never heard of. Scary! I loved this sandwich spread as a kid but now know the commercially made kind is full of fat and other unhealthy ingredients. This recipe is low calorie, low fat and still has the yummy cheese spread taste.

  3. I made this tonight & it’s delicious. I put the recipe into the Weight Watchers website, though, and it calculates this recipe is 3 points for 2 Tbsp servings.

    1. Hi Mary! The SmartPoints for this recipe were originally from the old program. I have just updated the SmartPoints to the new Freestyle program, the recipe is now 2 points. I noticed the yield for the recipe was a little off, so I updated the nutritional information!
