Summer Slim Down Workout for Beginners

Simple enough that anyone could do it!

It’s never too late to jump back on the fitness bandwagon. This simple workout is designed for beginners or anyone who wants to start getting back in shape. Our Summer Slim Down Workout for Beginners uses 5 basic moves to target different muscle groups. The exercises are simple enough for people of all levels, yet they’re truly effective at building muscle and burning calories.

What You’ll Need: an optional mat or towel to lay on

What to Do: Complete the moves in order for the number of repetitions assigned. If the workout gets too easy, rest for 30-90 seconds and repeat for 2-4 rounds.
