With that being said, our final recommendation for losing more weight with your Fitbit is to NOT eat the calories that you’ve burned!
In other words, just because you burned 500 calories during your workout doesn’t mean you should eat 500 extra calories! Weight loss is all about a caloric deficit. You must consume less than you’re using in order to drop weight.
We know it can be tempting to want to reward yourself with food for a great workout, but trust us; it will only delay your progress. Eating your burned calories will basically erase your workout. Don’t do it!
