These documentaries will motivate you to make a lifestyle change!
There’s no shortage of documentaries out covering topics from what to eat, what not to eat, how food is processed, how food effects the body, and the alarming increase of obesity in America. Truth be told, there’s something to learn from these movies even if their philosophy doesn’t meet your daily living standards.
Here are a few that we find informative. These movies are all available on Netflix. We want to hear from you!! Leave a comment below with your feedback on the movies.
Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead
Forks Over Knives
King Corn
You should also check out Food, Inc. Also, if you watch Forks Over Knives, which I do believe is a great film with the great overall message that a plant-based diet should be strongly considered by all, the Chinese study they cite repeated also revealed something concerning that isn't even mentioned in the movie. The correlations between those that consumed wheat-based products and incidence of disease were WAY STRONGER than the correlations between those that consumed animal products and incidence of disease.
We'll check it out. Thanks for the feedback!

Reba, Smart!
Loved Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead! It has changed our lives. We were so inspired we bought a high-powered blender and have been making green smoothies (instead of juice) every day since February. My husband and I have lost a combined 80 lbs since then.
Karl, Amazing!!!
