It's easier than you think!

6. Drink water before meals.
Drinking water 15 minutes before meals can keep you full and hydrated, making you less likely to overeat. Studies have shown that those who drink water before meals lose more weight than those who only cut down their caloric intake. Get drinking!
7. Get a healthy amount of sleep.
A lack of sleep can cause overeating, so make sure to get your recommended hours in every night. A healthy sleep cycle can improve your health in more ways than just weight loss, but it plays a big role in losing weight!
8. Eat before grocery shopping.

Shopping while hungry means you are more likely to buy more food, especially junk food that you don’t need and should avoid. Eating before you shop lowers that chance and makes you more likely to stick to your shopping list, helping keep junk food out of your reach and saving you money.
9. Manage your stress.
Stress is detrimental to your health, and keeping it in check can do wonders. Stress can cause all sorts of health problems. Stressed people eating unhealthy food will have more metabolic health problems than unstressed people eating the same foods. Keep your stress in line and try to relax.
10. Don’t starve.
It should go without saying that starving yourself will cause health problems to the point of danger. Make sure to eat every day, multiple times per day. This will keep your blood sugar stable and you energized. Space out your meals and snacks appropriately to fight off afternoon and evening munches.
