ok, it's in my bb calendar for tomorrow.  How many times a week?  What will i see after 30 days?!!!

Hannah, I’d recommend 2 x’s weekly. This is just one workout and should be incorporated with another lower body workout. I recommend our Total Transformation Program for a full blown weekly workout. You can also find a lot of workouts on our site: Fitness! Hope this helps!

Are you suppose to do it for 30 days? I thought it was a one day thing.
