100 Prisoner Squats Challenge

Get in shape with the squat challenge!

To perform this challenge you will need lots of water…no equipment is needed. Are you at work? No problem…this challenge is designed to be done just about anywhere.

Example of Prisoner Squat Split:

25 Now
25 at 11 a.m.
25 at 2 p.m.
25 at 6 p.m.

  1. ok, it's in my bb calendar for tomorrow.  How many times a week?  What will i see after 30 days?!!!

    1. Hannah, I’d recommend 2 x’s weekly. This is just one workout and should be incorporated with another lower body workout. I recommend our Total Transformation Program for a full blown weekly workout. You can also find a lot of workouts on our site: Fitness! Hope this helps!

  2. I did 100 yesterday. I have no idea if I'm supposed continue doing 100 daily or only 2X weekly for 30 days. Someone please clarify. TIA.
