Stick with your current weight and reps if you think increasing numbers will sacrifice good form. With strength training in particular, proper form is paramount if you want to get the most out of an exercise. Master perfect form with lighter weights and gradually build up.

Cardio workouts on flat ground are only so effective. In order to truly strengthen muscles and boost endurance, throw in some hills here and there. Challenging yourself with some slopes will benefit your cardiovascular system, increase exertion, and tone your body!
