21-Day Arm Toning Workout Challenge
Equipment Needed: set of medium dumbbells (5-10 lbs), interval timer (Gymboss is a free app download), and yoga mat
What to Do: Below are three routines to choose from. Perform each routine 1-2 times per week (for a total of 3 to 6 workouts weekly.) Perform each exercise for 1 minute, rest 15 seconds, then move onto to the next exercise. Complete the appropriate amount of rounds for your fitness level. Be sure to review the videos below for correct form.
