How often should you do these moves?
LaTonya, Either way will work and would recommend 2 x’s weekly.
Also can these be done throughout the day or should it be done all together?

wil these build muscle?
While you will indeed get stronger while performing these exercises, you will not “bulk up”. The exercises are designed to give you long, lean muscles.
