Equipment Needed: step or bench, yoga mat or soft surface

What to Do: Perform each exercise for 12 reps. Alternate sides as needed.

      LaTonya, Either way will work and would recommend 2 x’s weekly.

    wil these build muscle?

      While you will indeed get stronger while performing these exercises, you will not “bulk up”. The exercises are designed to give you long, lean muscles.
