6. Break everything down into little tasks.
No one transitions from a current lifestyle to a new, healthier one overnight. Make reasonable goals for yourself to start, like one walk or one fresh meal, and don’t be discouraged if you can’t make some of your loftier ones right away. Becoming fit and healthy is a lifestyle change. It took a lifetime to get where you are now; give yourself some real time in order to change.
7. Don’t get addicted to “health.”
Allow yourself break days, and allow yourself failures. Through trial and error, simply stick to what works best for you. Instead of comparing yourself to others, just work on becoming the best version of yourself.
