7-Minute Fat-Burning Workout Challenge

We will give you three simple fat-burning circuit workouts to burn fat in the shortest time possible -seven minutes to be exact. 😉

The Skinny Ms. 7-Minute Fat Burning Workout Challenge is quick, effective, and perhaps best of all, will make you feel hot in addition to looking trimmer and trimmer the more you do it. And it might not seem to be true, but FEELING HOT is sometimes more than half the battle. The hotter you FEEL, the better you’ll feel, and the better you feel, the more you’ll naturally want to eat better and exercise more. Instead of a vicious cycle, it’s an uplifting circle of energy. Don’t believe us? Try it and see! We think you’ll agree that seven minutes is probably worth the risk. 😉

Equipment Needed: interval timer (Gymboss is a free app download), set of small-medium dumbbells (5-10 lbs)

What to Do: Below are three circuits. Perform each exercise for 30 seconds and rest 10 seconds after each circuit. After performing all three circuits rest 20 seconds and repeat.

Beginner’s Level: 2 rounds
Intermediate Level: 3 rounds
Advanced Level: 4 rounds
