The Skinny Ms. 7-Minute Waist Trimming Workout Challenge replaces all the usual workout fluff with moves that cut right to the chase. It targets what really matters – that waist!
Our 7-Minute Waist Trimming Workout Challenge will put results in place of love handle. It’s quick, simple, and ONLY SEVEN MINUTES. What makes our challenge so different? You’ll actually do it if it’s only seven minutes! Just seven minutes, 3-4 times per week, and you’re golden.
Equipment Needed: Interval timer (Gymboss is a free app download); yoga mat; 1 light weight kettlebell or dumbbell, 5 – 10 lbs.
What to Do: Perform each exercise for 45 seconds with 15 seconds rest after each one. Complete this workout 3-4 days a week to start toning your waist.
Beginner Level: 1 round
Intermediate Level: 2 rounds
Advanced Level: 3 rounds

1. Mason Twist
2. Alternating Heel Touch
3. Flutter Kicks
4. Toe Touch
5. Bicycles (slow for first 30 seconds and fast for last 15 sec)
6. Lower Leg into a Popup
7. Kettlebell Swing (light weight dumbbell will also work)

I am so confused. The 4 Time Abs workout alone is 8 minutes. It includes crunches, and the video follows a video condemning crunches. Speaking of which, what is a Russian Twist? The Russian Twist video was just a collection of alternatives to crunches. What…?!
