7 Yoga Poses for Total Body Relaxation

What to Do: Perform this yoga sequence five times a week in the morning to transition into your day, or do the poses at night to decompress before bed.

What You’ll Need: A yoga mat or soft surface and an interval timer (available on most phones).

Beginner Level: Hold each pose for 10 breaths with no rest in between. Complete three rounds, resting for 45 seconds in between each round.

Intermediate Level: Hold each pose for 12 breaths with no rest in between. Complete three rounds, resting for 30 seconds in between each round.

Advanced Level: Hold each pose for 15 breaths with no rest in between. Complete four rounds, resting for 30 seconds in between each round.
