This challenge is pretty easy and effective. It consists of you drinking 8 oz. of water 8 times a day for 30 days. The whole part about water that need to be drinking yes and is the best thing you could do. My whole thing about that is that I’m going to make this a everyday thing like we need for our body’s it going to be hard but I know I can do it.
