Whenever people think of progressing towards a healthier lifestyle, usually what comes to mind is clean eating, working out, dietary supplements, herbal teas, and more, but the most commonly neglected change is water. Believe it or not, but adding more water to your daily regimen can do miracles for your body. There is no such thing as having too much water, but there is such as thing as too many excuses for NOT having water. So, make time for this easy and simple fix with the 30-day 8×8 rule water challenge, where you can slowly integrate one of the best natural supplements back into your lifestyle.

The Challenge

This challenge is pretty easy and effective. It consists of you drinking 8 oz. of water 8 times a day for 30 days. Just one month (or even less) is all it takes for you to build this habit that you will be so glad you incorporated into your lifestyle. The benefits of consuming large quantities of water daily are endless. You’d be surprised some of the things water can do for you.

The Results

If you are starting your weight loss journey, drinking a lot of water is a key component to get you towards your goal. Consuming water before each and every meal gives you the illusion that you are full, so you more likely to eat less during the actual meal. Furthermore, water flushes out toxins in your body to make more room for good nutrients and vitamins.

As we know, water is the best way to avoid dehydration. Nourishing your body with water replenishes the moisture in your skin, lips, and other parts of your body. In addition, you feel a lot more energetic and less fatigued when the summer season comes around.

A less-widely observed benefit, consuming water over other beverages is much better for your oral health. Your teeth are less prone to stains and sensitivity. So, trade in that glass of wine or soda for something a lot less damaging.

It’s ironic how one of the most abundant items on Earth with so many benefits often goes neglected. However, with this simple challenge, you will feel and see a difference.
