By now, you’ve probably heard of Crossfit. This unique, high-intensity exercise is known for its focus on functional movements. It incorporates elements from many different sports and forms of exercise. After beginning Crossfit, you will notice that everyday movements become easier. Functional training also helps decrease the risk of injury while performing day-to-day tasks. This 30-minute Crossfit challenge for weight loss will increase your overall fitness level, making you look leaner and more athletic!

What you need: interval timer / a Yoga mat or towel / a moderately heavy kettlebell
What to do: This is what we call an AMRAP challenge, which stands for “As Many Rounds As Possible.” It utilizes both repetitions and time. Set your timer for 30 minutes and perform each exercise for the specified number of repetitions. This is called a challenge because you need to push yourself to complete as many rounds as possible within the 30-minute time period. Rest only when you absolutely need to.
