If you spend hours each day at your computer, like many of us do, why not consider building a desk on your treadmill? It’s easier than you might think! You can easily build a simple computer desk for under $25 that will securely hold your laptop. Depending on your height, an additional shelf may need to be added to get your computer to eye level, and will provide a little more space. The idea is to have your elbows at 90 degree angles and the screen as much in line with your eyes as possible. Burn calories and work at the same time. Now, that’s a win/win.
