With this equipment-free at home core workout, you’ll define and strengthen your abs without need of a gym.
You don’t need fancy gym equipment to get a strong, sculpted middle. Many of the best ab moves involve no equipment at all. They can be performed almost anywhere, using nothing but bodyweight to challenge your muscles, improve your balance, and work on stability. This at-home core workout will target your lower abs, upper abs, and obliques for a total transformation. Moves such as mountain climbers and burpees will get your heart racing to maximize calories burned, giving you a slim waistline.

What You’ll Need: Gym timer (Gymboss is a free to download app), optional: mat or towel to lay on the floor
What to Do: Perform each move for 30 seconds with 10 seconds rest in between. Rest for 1 minute in between rounds.
Beginner: 2 rounds
