- 2 pounds fresh brussels sprouts, ends trimmed, outside leaves removed, and halved
- 2 tablespoons ghee or butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, recommend Bragg Raw Viinegar.
- 2 tablespoons honey, raw preferred
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup walnut halves
- 1/4 cup blanched almonds
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher or sea
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves, optional 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
