Glazed Cranberry Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
- 2 pounds brussels sprouts fresh, ends trimmed, outside leaves removed, and halved
- 2 tablespoons ghee or butter, melted
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar recommend Bragg Raw Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey raw preferred
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup walnut halves
- 1/4 cup almonds blanched
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher or sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon thyme leaves fresh, or 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Evenly spread brussels sprouts on a large non-stick baking sheet. Bake 25 minutes or until brussels sprouts are golden.
