  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 teaspoons fennel seed, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper (more if you like things spicy!)


  1. In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Using your hands, mix well. Wrap in plastic wrap or place in a tightly sealed container and refrigerate overnight before using.
  2. Use as patties, in meatballs, pizza toppings, or any other of your favorite recipes!
