  • 1 (16 ounce) jar roasted red peppers, drained
  • 1 (4 ounce) jar sun-dried tomates in olive oil, drained
  • 2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, halved
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup packed basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar


  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until smooth. Keep sauce in a covered bowl until ready to use.
