- 1 (16 ounce) jar roasted red peppers, drained
- 1 (4 ounce) jar sun-dried tomates in olive oil, drained
- 2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, halved
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup packed basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until smooth. Keep sauce in a covered bowl until ready to use.
