Even non fish fans will adore this flaky, melt-in-your-mouth dish!
Not usually a fish fan? Don’t let that stop you from trying this tasty, yet subtle dish. Without the characteristically “fishy” taste that accompanies most types of seafoods, tilapia is flaky, white, and perfect for both fish lovers and non-fish eaters, alike. This mild fish is a sustainable and environmentally-friendly choice, and it is versatile enough to create dozens of tilapia recipes. We like this Simply Sauteed Lemon Tilapia recipe because it is easy and quick to make, and it tastes amazing, too! Try pairing this dish with our Quinoa Salad for a delightfully light meal.
